The contract outlines the terms and conditions of our working agreement and ensures that we are both clear on our expectations and responsibilities. By signing the contract and paying your invoice, you are committing to uphold your end of the agreement and work with me professionally.

Onboarding consists of an Onboarding Questionnaire with back-end information about your project, a Planning Call where we will discuss the details of the project, and an Implementation Questionnaire to be completed 5-7 days after the Planning Call (depending on the service).

My team and I will keep you updated on our progress along the way so you can stay informed and involved in the process. This will include regular updates on our progress and the opportunity for you to provide feedback as needed. Once the project is complete, we will schedule an off-boarding call to review the final product. In addition, some services will receive follow-up support.
