Meet the Client
Park & Breathe is a nervous system training brand created to help people find clarity under pressure. Their work is centered on helping individuals better understand how their nervous system responds to stress so they can move through life with more awareness, steadiness, and intention.
As the brand continued to grow, they wanted a more engaging lead generation tool than a standard opt-in freebie. They needed something interactive, personalized, and aligned with the transformation they help people experience.
That’s where the NSQ (Nervous System Quotient) Quiz came in.
Instead of offering the same next step to every lead, the goal was to create a quiz experience that helps people better understand their current nervous system patterns while also introducing them to the 21-Day Park & Breathe program as a relevant next step.
The Challenge: Building a Quiz Funnel That Feels Personalized and Strategic
This project needed to do more than collect email addresses.
The quiz had to:
- Give users a personalized result based on how they answered
- Feel simple and seamless on the front end
- Connect properly with Kajabi on the back end
- Deliver each lead to the right result page, form, and follow-up email
- Support lead generation now while laying the foundation for deeper nurturing later
Because quizzes can get complicated quickly, the build also needed to be easy for the client to maintain after launch.
That meant choosing the right platform, mapping the scoring system carefully, and creating a backend setup that was both strategic and manageable.
The Strategy
Before building anything, I gave the client several quiz platform options so she could choose the one that best fit her needs and budget. She selected TryInteract, which offered the flexibility we needed for scoring, outcomes, and user experience.
From there, the strategy was to create a quiz funnel that would:
- Use an 8-question assessment to segment leads into 4 different result types
- Determine those results through a scoring system, with each answer assigned a point value
- Route users into Kajabi so each person receives a more personalized experience after completing the quiz
- Introduce the 21-Day Park & Breathe program naturally on the results pages as the next step
- Set up email delivery so leads immediately receive their result information in their inbox, too
The goal was to make the quiz feel helpful and insightful while quietly doing the backend work of segmenting, nurturing, and preparing leads for future conversion.

Platform Selection Support
Before setup began, I researched and shared multiple quiz platform options so the client could make an informed decision based on functionality and budget. She chose TryInteract as the best fit for this funnel.
8-Question Quiz with 4 Results
The NSQ Quiz includes 8 questions that guide users through a personalized assessment. Each answer was tied to a scoring system so that, once completed, the quiz could accurately sort leads into 4 different outcomes.
Kajabi Results Funnel
Once a user completed the quiz, they were directed to Kajabi through a custom multi-step results flow. This included:
- 9 Kajabi landing pages total
- 1 quiz embed page
- 4 form / “results loading” pages
- 4 final results pages
This structure allowed the quiz experience to feel personalized while still using Kajabi for lead capture and results delivery.
Segmented Opt-In Forms
I built 4 Kajabi forms, one for each result path. These forms helped collect the leads’ information and ensured they were routed correctly based on their quiz results.
Automated Result Emails
Each form triggered its own email automation, so the lead received a follow-up email containing the same information shown on the results page. This meant users didn’t have to rely on memory or screenshots. Their result was waiting in their inbox, ready to revisit later.
Offer Integration
The 21-Day Park & Breathe program was woven into the results pages as a natural next step, introducing the offer in a way that felt aligned with each user’s experience rather than tacked on.
What Was Built

This gave the client a complete working funnel that connects quiz-taking, segmentation, opt-in, results delivery, and the next step toward the Park & Breathe program.
Support & Handover
After the funnel was built, I also recorded custom training videos so the client would feel confident using and maintaining the system.
That included:
- A walkthrough video of the full quiz experience from the lead’s point of view, so she could see exactly what the user journey looked like from start to finish
- A backend update video showing how to edit and maintain each component of the funnel in the future
This kind of handoff matters, especially with a quiz funnel, because there are multiple moving pieces. I wanted her to feel empowered to make updates without worrying that one small change would break the whole experience.
