Most of the time, yes. My primary website design experiences are built for Showit and Kajabi because those are the platforms I recommend most often for the coaches, course creators, ministry leaders, and service providers I work with.

Showit is usually a great fit if you want more creative flexibility, a strong visual brand presence, and a website that connects to outside tools like ThriveCart, MailerLite, or Flodesk. Kajabi is usually a better fit if you want your website, offers, checkout, email, courses, memberships, or program delivery connected in one place.

I can occasionally design on other platforms, like Squarespace, depending on the project. If you are not sure which platform makes the most sense, submit an inquiry; and we’ll talk through your goals, current setup, and what you need before we decide where to build.

Think of the One Day Website as the “let’s get this handled” option. It’s for the business owner who needs a polished website, has a clear offer, and wants the essential pages designed and built without dragging the project out for weeks. The Custom Website is the “we need more room for this” option. If your website is built on Kajabi, I can help with full-funnel automation, including opt-ins, nurture or sales emails, offer pages, checkout setup, upsells, downsells, segmentation, onboarding emails, automations, and testing.

If your website is built on Showit, I can design offer pages and help connect your site to tools like ThriveCart, MailerLite, Flodesk, or other platforms we discuss during the inquiry process. Since Showit does not have built-in checkout, course delivery, or email marketing, the full funnel setup depends on your tech stack and how complex your customer journey needs to be.

We’ll talk through all of this before you book so I can recommend the right setup and make sure it is something I can support well.

You'll need your website copy, brand assets (logo, color palette, font suite), photos, logins, offer details, and any must-have links. I'll guide you through the prep process with a Strategy Questionnaire, DIY Content Writing Guide, checklist, and prep call.

Most clients spend around 6-9 hours on the project.

Most of your time will be spent before your website build begins, gathering the pieces I need to make Design Day or your custom build run smoothly.

You can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes completing your Strategy Questionnaire, 60 minutes on your Strategy Session, and 3-4 hours gathering your website prep materials, such as copy, images, branding assets, login details, and any other content we need for your site.

You’ll also need to set aside time for revisions. For One Day Websites, you’ll need to be available from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Central on your Design Day. For Custom Websites, you’ll need to be available on the second Thursday of your build from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central. Revisions are handled in real time through a live Google Doc, so you do not need to be on Zoom, but you do need to be available to review, comment, and answer questions as I make updates.

It is recommended to book at least 2 weeks in advance to allow you enough time to gather content for your new website design. Check with me if you have a tight deadline you are working toward.

Kitchen.co is the project management system we will be using to keep us both organized and on the same page. After your Website Strategy Session, I will send you a Kitchen.co board to start completing. On this board, you will be able to see our project timeline and gain access to your Strategy Questions, DIY Website Content Writing Guide, Pre-Work, and Kajabi Website Training Videos.

Voxer is a walkie-talkie app that we will use for communication during your Design Day or Two-Week Build. It allows for quick communication so we don’t miss a beat!

Yes. Both website experiences include SEO-friendly page titles, meta descriptions, basic on-page SEO, image alt text, clean URL structure, and Google Analytics 4 + Google Search Console setup.

This gives your site a strong SEO foundation when it launches, but it does not include ongoing SEO blogging, in-depth keyword research packages, or long-term SEO strategy. If you need continued SEO support after your website launches, I’m happy to send you trusted referrals.

Yes. You will need a domain, which is around $12-15/year, and legal pages (Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions). You will also need your own Showit or Kajabi account. If you’re not sure which plan you need, we can talk through that during the inquiry process.

Yes! This is a big and exciting investment for your business. To help with this, I offer a 33% down payment with the remaining due in two monthly installments. Third-party financing via Klarna is also available for smaller monthly payments.
